14 Day Change of Mind Policy

You have 14 days from receiving your goods to decide if you wish to keep your order. Where you have ordered more than one item the 14 days runs from the last item being delivered.

If you change your mind before delivery of the item(s), please contact us. Depending on whether your order has been processed will determine if your order can be cancelled before it is dispatched.

You have the right to cancel at any time from the moment you place your online order up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods. This is sometimes referred to as a ‘cooling-off period’.

You then have a further 14 days from the date you started the returns process to return the goods. If the goods are sent after the 14 days return window, we will not accept the returns request and we will not be able to issue a refund.
